02/10/10 Commissioners Approve Appointment:

Item #12 Commissioner's Agenda:  Authorize appointment of Dale Rundle-Columbia Township Trustee and his alternate Amy Szmania-Rochester Township Trustee as Lorain County's  NOACA appointments as RECOMMENDED by the Lorain County Township Association, which is contingent upon withdrawal of any and all legal action filed in Lorain County Court of Common Please on January 29, 2010. Further, Virginia Haynes, Wellington Township Trustee will resign if all conditions are met in order to restore communications between the two governmental entities.

02/08/10-Paper work Delivered to Commissioners for our nomination of Dale Rundle for NOACA Rep.

 

 

02-04-10 9:30 pm Lorain County Township Association Meeting-Rita Canfield Resigns NOACA Appointment,  Association Votes to Elect Dale Rundle, Columbia Township Trustee, to the NOACA Board to Represent the Townships! Lorain County Township Association Votes to Continue the Legal Appeal with Dennis O'toole Representing the Association in the Legal Action.

Here is what happened on Jan. 29, 2010.  I dropped off a letter that was constructed at last nights LCTA NOACA Task Force meeting to Jerry Innes at his office this morning around 11 am.  I also spoke with Jerry.  He was not pleased after he read the letter.  (A copy of the letter that I delivered is attached.)   I also dropped off the same letter to the Chronicle and Morning Journal. New '01/20/10"2nd Class Citizen", Lorain County Trustees and Fiscal Officers present their case to the Lorain County Commissioners only to get "slapped in the face" again, denying our request for Rita Canfield to represent the Townships at NOACA meetings. Oppose our County Commissioners in a election will result in punishment for the people of the townships as told by Lori Kokoski, "Your Voice in County Government"!
